• Cobras are a monthly membership club. Any new member will pay per class for the first month and then will go on the monthly payment system.
• All fees will be payable in advance on the first week of every month. Parents/guardians will be responsible for all fees due. Where a child is absent during this period, for example on holiday, the fee is due in advance of the first week. Late payments are liable to an administration fee.
• Membership fees are an annual payment, which is divided into twelve equal parts. This covers classes, grading (excluding black belt), and all holidays taken by Cobras.
• Fees are not refundable in cases of absenteeism due to any reason.
• Richard or Adele must be informed if a child is walking home alone, or if anyone other than a parent is collecting their child.
• We reserve the right to change class times and venues as and when necessary.
• Each child must attend the correct class for their belt unless prior consent has been given.
• The right is reserved to discontinue membership of Cobras for any child without reason being given with immediate notification to the child’s parent/guardian.
• A minimum of twenty six classes must be attained during any four month period to enable your child to grade.
• The appropriate license shall be held at all times by all students. Also, the correct uniform shall be worn for your belt, eg. Red, black, gold star.
• HUDDERSFIELD COBRAS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADJUST FEES AS AND WHEN APPROPRIATE.
